Teamwork
W2W can offer a team work approach in helping charter schools with all EMIS/SOES Data Reporting Periods. The team work approach allows for the charter school to entry various areas of EMIS into their Student Reporting System. These areas are determined between W2W and said client upon signing of the contract. The areas can include:
• Student Enrollment Data
• Student SSID number
• Student contact Data
• Special Education Data
• Staff Data
• Course Data
• Students into appropriate courses
• Discipline Data
• Testing Data
• Building and District Data
Although the school is entering the data on their own. W2W will collect and submit the schools data to the Ohio Department of Education. W2W will also review and monitor all EMIS reports for errors or missing information. Communication with the school to gather information for correcting this data will be communicated to the school.
W2W will also work within the ODDEX system to ensure that all SOES and SCR errors are resolved. W2W will work with school staff to gather information needed to resolve errors in a timely manner to ensure maximum payment prior to the SOES payment snapshot.
